How does our processwork?
1. Connect
Send us a message and we will schedule a call with you and your partner to get to know more about your relationship, understand your needs, and create your package.
2. Sign
After connecting with you and your partner, we will provide you with a contract containing discussed terms and services. 25% of your total payment is due upon signing.
3. Celebrate
Leading up to your celebration, we will be in communication with you and/or your planner to coordinate your run-of-show, ensuring your day is captured in all its grandeur.
4. Review
Within 30 days, we will deliver all of your photos, accessible through an online gallery. You will have the option to directly order prints or download for your convenience.
FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Our team provides you with 25 selects that highlight your entire day within 24 hours after your celebration. You will receive all photos via an online gallery within 30 days of your wedding.
What is your payment process?
Upon signing a contract with our team, we require 25% of your total invoice as downpayment. The rest of your invoice will be collected by the day of your event. We accept check, cash, PayPal, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
Do you have a recommended videographer?
We work with our trusted network of videographers to include the services you desire — whether that's social media content capture, a highlight reel of your celebration, or all of the raw footage from your big day.
What if we're getting married abroad?
Wherever your love takes you, we’re ready to follow. Depending on your location, travel arrangements will be seamlessly incorporated into your final invoice as an agreed upon per diem expense.
